Bush Park Birds

Okay, I'm finding time to catch up with blogging.  As you know, the end of May there was MAJOR flooding in Houston.  On May 29th,on the way home from a client, I took a swing thru Bush Park to see the flooding.  I immediately called Saundra so we could meet for a photo shoot.  We were lucky...the next day all the conditions had changed.  I'm splitting up the blog posts in to birds and flooding.

First The Birds!

There were so many different species of birds and I'm not a birder!

This little guy gave every other bird a
run for their money

You can see all the wonderful colors and characteristics
of each bird...All along the side of the main road.

There was one lone pink bird out there that got along
with all the other birds...just minded it own business

Of course there were some territorial issues with amused
bystanders watching on!
